Martin Sexton sings like a trumpet
Have you heard this man sing yet? He's quite good, but you'll discover that he's quite amazing if you listen to 13 Step Boogie from his CD Live Wide Open... that's not a trumpet that you will hear! It's the voice of Martin Sexton. Amazing!
I just joined his mailing list (from his website) so that I might have a chance of seeing him perform live in the future.

Good luck trying to see Martin Live. Trust me, I've been following his itinerary for years and the last time I saw him was 1998. GOULET! This year he did this Rock Boat thing wtih Sister Hazel; that would have been some good seasick fun!
If you listen to that mix cd I forced you to take, there's some Martin on there. He sings with so much passion sometimes I think he's crying.
