NZ South Island - I'm coming soon!
Hi everyone,
I'm excited to announce that I'll be playing some shows in the sunshine and glow of the upper South Island of New Zealand in February - I'm really looking forward to it!
I hope you or someone you know will come along to one of the shows; better come up and say hi, too - it's cool to meet new people. Plus the shows are small, right, so let's meet.
The very best way to stay in the loop for this tour is:

Come be part of Vorn's "recorded live" concert
I'm playing an opening set of my tunes at my friend Vorn's concert this upcoming Thursday - it's gonna be a cool show because Vorn and band are planning to record a live CD from this concert. Come make some noise and it'll be a fun night! Vorn's band is one of the first bands I saw in Wellington when I arrived in 2006, and I quickly became a fan. I'll probably play 30 to 45 minutes and then the evening will turn very uniquely Vornesque.
Here are the details:

Down Again live at Mojo Invincible last month
Here's a video of Stu Pedley and I having fun with Down Again at my last show. Thanks to my friend Ana for capturing this with her camera; I tried to film with my own camera but I chose a bad angle... ha ha, the back of my head! I'll try to get another song or two out to you soon from Ana's camera.

Arm's Length Away, 5 day preview
What does Jesse sound like in a church? Here's a 5-day-glimpse of one the songs that launched the World March for Peace and Nonviolence on October 2, purpose-built by yours truly and complete with new-song-chord-fumbles and that big church echo. It's called Arm's Length Away, and I'll leave it up as last song on my Myspace page until Friday night (Oct 23) New Zealand time.
Enjoy!
Jesse
Enjoy!
